Acquired at Lytham Hall for 50p. The blurb was intriguing so I went with it as I loitered outside the loos.

Read it. Just for for the list of life advice near the end. Even if you think, ‘Aliens? Really?’ Yes. Really. Read it.
See how utterly ridiculous and wonderfully fabulous we are. The flawed brilliance of us. Take a step back and think for a second about why we do some of the things we do. It was fun and easy to read, but it was interlaced with ideas and quotes that made me pay attention.
I imagine it’s one I’ll re-read, and gain even more from. And it’s one of those bizarre situations where, now I’ve read it, I keep seeing Matt Haig’s name everywhere. From Fearne Cotton’s podcast, to the lady opposite me on the (wrong) train. But that’s another story.
